Retroid - Clicky Loadout

Retroid, as the name suggests, is inspired by the 80s & 90s era and the tech that came with it. A big part of the inspiration also comes from those vending machine capsules where you’d get small toys or figures and end up playing with them all day. As someone who is neurodivergent, I often find myself wanting different toys, textures, and interactions to fidget with. Retroid was made for that exact reason it has swappable middle tiles so you can try different combinations or build multiple setups depending on your needs. From different textures to interactive tiles, you can buy a ready made loadout or build your own. Tiles are also sold separately.

Tile Swapping Requirements
Swapping tiles requires a Torx 6 and confidence with disassembling sliders.
It’s strongly recommended that you watch the assembly/disassembly video first to avoid damaging parts or affecting performance.

Retroid and all tiles have been tested for months to make sure the feedback feels premium, consistent, and genuinely satisfying.

Specs:
Size – 45 × 27 mm. Height is 15.5 mm without the middle tiles that vary in height.

Weight – Part of the Retroid slider uses steel PLA, a premium material that adds extra weight bringing the total to approximately 30 g.

Plates – Translucent black PETG with Teflon pads on one side for smoother sliding and better longevity. Even with the pads, the plates keep a nice balance between haptic feedback and smooth movement.

Magnet Strength Notice  
There’s a natural difference in how the magnets feel depending on how you use the fidget. When you’re relaxing, a softer magnet strength is more comfortable and helps prevent hand fatigue. When you’re on the move, stronger magnets give better control and stability, especially during tricks.

Standard – Best for fidgeting while chilling at home. Comfortable, low fatigue, and easy to use for long sessions.

Strong – Ideal for fidgeting on the go. Provides firmer feedback and holds the corners more securely, especially when doing tricks.

Preinstalled Orings – The slider can be opened to replace parts if needed and comes with preinstalled Orings. Changing the sound is not recommended. By purchasing a quiet slider, you accept that removing Orings will affect both performance and sound.

Magnet Setup – Hybrid configuration: 5×3 mm N52 magnets (corners) + 4×3 mm N52 magnets (middle).

Tracked shipping is included where applicable.

Each slider is slowly 3D printed with 100% infill, making it solid and durable. Due to the nature of 3D printing, small cosmetic imperfections may be present. Minor surface flaws are not grounds for return or refund.

Please avoid leaving sliders in direct sunlight or high temperature environments (e.g., inside cars).

Tiles Disclaimer:

Buttons – The buttons have a bit of movement while fidgeting, which may be noticeable to those sensitive to sound.

MagTile – Has a clicky, audible snap when fidgeting, not a silent option.
